The management of Cutting Edge Professionals Bureau, a
subsidiary of Boulevard D’Invigoration
International Limited is pleased to notify you that you have been selected,
as a Staff for our evolving Cutting Edge
Professionals Bureau, having completed your Human Capital Development
Training with our management and been duly inducted. Thus, you shall be
resuming as a “Business Development
Officer”.
You are therefore obliged henceforth,
to uphold the good image of Boulevard D’ Invigoration International Limited,
who is the mother company, at all times and in all cases.
Furthermore, It should be noted
that Your Appointment with us (Cutting Edge Professionals Bureau) as a Business
Development Officer is a permanent one
with a flexible work schedule that does not require you to come to the office
on daily bases; as this shall require a maximum presence of thrice a week in
the office, except as occasion would demand and that will be with an ample time
of prior notification.
Your official resumption time
shall be 8:00am prompt and closing time shall be 5:00pm, except as otherwise rescheduled
by management for official purpose.
You shall resume on a three (3)
month probation to ascertain your productivity after which you shall be
promoted and permanented as an “Administrative Personal” with a review (increment)
of your total remuneration package.
For the three months probationary
period, your Job description shall grossly encapsulate a brand communication assignment.
The brand communication exercise has been designed for four (4)
purposes:

To get you deeply
acquainted with our brands
·
To enable you to
effectively communicate the brand
·
To test your
attitude towards work and ascertain your work ethics and values
·
To test your “Sense Of Commitment” towards the
development and advancement of an organizational course.
YOUR “BRAND COMMUNICATION”
ASSIGNMENT;
As a Business Development
Officer, your brand communication duties are as follows:
Firstly,
you are required to make a minimum invite of Twenty (20) clients per week for
the Cutting Edge Professionals Basic Certification Course (CPBCC). This makes a
total of eighty (80) clients per month.
Secondly,
you shall ensure that all clients (80 of them monthly) recommended by you for the
Human Capital Development Training are duly certified.
Thirdly,
you are required to submit your daily reports to your managerial head or Supervisor
as assigned to you by management. This shall be on the days that you are to be
in the office.
Any
other assignment shall be communicated to you by your Managerial
Head/Supervisor and/or Management.
Furthermore, you must ensure
that all your referrals do their registration with your identification code number.
Your appointment shall officially
commence on Thursday 3rd of July, 2014.
Your ID Card shall be given to you upon
completion of your reference letter which shall be attested to either by a Clergy,
Civil Servant or Business Executive and must be responsibly married.
